your ISP or your BANK # over the TELEPHONE unless YOU call
them............not if they call you! If someone calls and wants this info and
identifies them self as a rep. from the company ........CALL THEM BACK at
their PUBLISHED # to straighten out the problem

NEVER FALL FOR the words
"you have been selected" that is NOT the same as
"you have won" DELETE THEM
if says this in the SUBJECT line

information in regard to mystery shopping or
FOUND MONEY or Collection of CHILD SUPPORT etc.............
all of these services are FREE

which costs you to find the $$

ALWAYS unlick the BOXES when sites ask you to
join EMAIL NEWSLETTER LISTS ............this will SPAM YOU
unless it is THEIR OWN SITE
for instance EDDIE BAUER asks if you want to be
on their email list YES you do
but if you get a LIST of sites uncheck all of
the boxes................remember I have learned from EXPERIENCE

Stay away from SITES/newsletters that send you
out BUNCHES of email that clog your email box....... they are after one thing

Any letter that comes to you that says
"THIS IS NOT SPAM" usually IS
or says "claim your reward" that is usually a
DELETE too

NEVER RESPOND to any porn mail.........this lets
them know you are GETTING IT
instead but FILTERS on your MESSAGES with words
that are offensive that may be used in PORN so that messages that use those
identified words go to your DELETE BOX some will still get thru.............I
always get email that asks me if I want to increase the size of various body
parts............but I just hit delete

NEVER open attachments unless you run them thru
a VIRUS DETECTOR or program there are many virus out there that propagate
themselves and usually are not from the sender that is shown on your FROM
listing............usually the sender listed is INNOCENT ........... see

LUNCH..............NOT TRUE
I am living PROOF! and if you don't believe

the price you want if you are patient and diligent...........it is a WAY OF
THINKING
