Q: I am having trouble at the forum! I keep
getting REDIRECTED to the login page: A: IF you are getting forwarded to the LOG IN PAGE OVER AND OVER again when
trying to log in, and using INTERNET EXPLORER, do this
- click on TOOLS in your top menu bar
- click on INTERNET OPTIONS
- click on PRIVACY TAB
- move slider bar to LOW
- click on APPLY and then OK
- TRY AGAIN TO LOG ON
if the above does not work
MAKE SURE YOUR COOKIES ARE ENABLED

Q: I do not see links in the newsletter only the words
"go here" but there is no where to go! A:
you must be on "individual email" not "digest" to see
the links. if you are on individual email and you cannot click
please check the following
are you on "digest"? or "individual email?
are there "particular links" that are not
working or all of them?
did you recently download a new program?

if you are using Outlook Express version:

this is exactly what I am using click
on your TOP menu bar and choose
TOOLS and then click on OPTIONS then READ
make sure the box is NOT CHECKED that says "read in html"
next click on INTERNATIONAL SETTINGS and make sure
the box is NOT CHECKED that says "use default setting
for ALL incoming messages" this is what I have my settings
adjusted to.

Although there could be many factors which can cause this problem, the most common situation is that an ad block program may have changed your "hosts" file in your computer.
Try these steps to solve the problem based on what type of WINDOWS or what VERSION you are running
1, Find the following file:
Windows 95/98/ME: c:\windows\hosts
Windows XP Home/Pro: c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Windows NT or 2000: c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
2, Edit the "host" file by right-clicking the file, then select "open with", select "Notepad".
3, Delete the following lines if any present:
service.bfast.com
click.linksynergy.com
clickserve.cc-dt.com
commission-junction.com
cj.com
www.qksrv.net
4, Save the editted file. You should be able use our links now.
These servers do not generate pop-up ads. They are merely gateways to major online stores, and in many cases they can ensure the money-saving discounts would load.
AD BLOCKER SOLUTION Â (if you must have this)
If the above solution doesn't work, try to close any ad block program or pop-up block program you may be using and see if our links can get through.
Alternatively, you can try to configure any ad-blocker you may be using individually:
Ad Subtract: Select the "Filter" Tab, click "Add", enter "www.freelancebyu.com", leave all the block options unchecked;
Block the Pop: Add freelancebyu.com to the "Allow Domain" list.

SPYWARE / SCUMWARE.......................this
is a GROWING problem on the net........This is a program that some
UNETHICAL sites use that puts unwelcome information / programs on your
computer w/o you knowing about it. This slows down or bogs down
your computer and also TAKES the credit away from our site for sending
you to other sites so it looks like the GUILTY site is sending you
instead of Freelancebyu. If a site ASKS you to download like GATOR
and some POP UP BLOCKERS that is also SCUMWARE in that it not only loads
what you think is GREAT but also downloads other things to your computer
that TRACKS your websurfing and also steals my clicks. there are
many articles about it and also some "fixes" I
have in the past promoted a few programs to CLEAN your computer but they
have prevented you once completely installed from CLICKING LINKS that
you normally would. SOOO my advice is...........to download SPYBOT
BUT do not do the
immunization, only run and clean your computer from time to
time AVOID the immunization part if you want to click as normal.

anything?
well, first of all, I
collect all of the lucky charms I can! I pick up all of the
"pennies from heaven" that I find too! Seriously, I don't win
near as much as some do and that is because I don't have as much time to enter
as I did! The very first clue is : ENTER the second is PATIENCE and the
THIRD is enter WISELY. What I mean by that is DONT ENTER EVERY CONTEST
YOU SEE..........Winning Wanda, CRICKETT and I read all of the STUFF so you
don't have to.........we pick and choose which contests we print for a reason!
We look for the contests with the best odds. We are all
"seasoned" contestants and you know what to look for. READ THE
TIMES enter the CONTESTS, we publish LEGITIMATE ONES and you will see I ALSO
publish WINNING NAMES of many freelancers who like you thought they would
NEVER WIN who are WINNING EVERY DAY! FREELANCERS ROCK THE WINNING WORLD!

WHY SHOULD I USE A

That is totally and
completely up to you!
BUT............I can
sometimes benefit from the links in some capacity and turn the benefits over
to freelancers in many cases. I get "extra" links and CODES
for better deals the more people that use my links. I also get
monetary reward for links in some cases. The money that I make pays
for the list and site expenses. I AM CHOOSY about which links I run.
Many many other freebie sites and deal sites just RUN ANYTHING, legit or not
just to make the PENNIES for you completing an offer.............NOT
ME..............I only run what is LEGITIMATE and WHAT I DO
MYSELF............I am not "just out to make a buck" I am here as
a TRUSTED FRIEND that is GOAL ORIENTED to help you and help me toooooooooooo
SAVE MONEY and truly get the best deals. YOU WILL NEVER SEE ANY
LINKS that I run that I wouldn't do myself. If there is a
question about a deal or a freebie you will see a note from me to that
effect "not verified" or "???????????" is usually a good
sign that I have not done something yet!
WORK AT HOME?
There are MANY MANY
SCAMS to entice you to JOIN and OFTEN PAY $$ to work at home. They want
your INFORMATION so they can SELL IT on the NET and SOLICIT YOU. DO NOT
FALL FOR IT. We could all use a little or a lot of extra $$ and there
are many ways to accomplish this. FIRST OF ALL ............DO SURVEYS
the pay is EXCELLENT, often you do surveys for NO PAY to get SCREENED for
paying ones. FOCUS GROUPS are another GREAT PAYING extra income
resource. DO THE SURVEYS THEY CALL AND BUG YOU ABOUT on the phone. I
have gotten as much as $150 dollars for 1 hour of my time to participate in a
local focus group.
NEXT: There are many part
time jobs that require little out of the home time that pay decently. 1)
DEMO WORK 2)MYSTERY SHOPPING 3) MERCHANDISING
all of these jobs require
a little common sense, some writing skills and some
enthusiasm............there are many opportunities for these jobs out there.
CHECK YOUR NEWSPAPER for local opportunities to start. I can also
publish some internet resources for this if you guys are interested. NEVER
PAY FOR THIS INFORMATION IT IS FREE. NEXT HINT: do the PAY TO PROGRAMS
that I post............like GET PAID FOR YOUR OPINION, GET PAID FOR RECIEVING
EMAILS etc..........every penny counts. THE BEST HINT...........SAVE $$ using
FREELANCEBYU on your EVERY DAY ITEMS, Switch Credit Cards, Switch telephone
companies etc........etc......to have more money in other places. ALWAYS
pick up that "penny from heaven" because it is true that a penny
saved is a penny earned! :) There are opportunities that companies offer
for DATA ENTRY and such that you can also do at home. NEWSPAPER LISTINGS
usually have these as well. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS INFO. START YOUR
OWN BUSINESS: many opportunities out there, but let me say NETWORKING is your
BEST FRIEND for any home business. If you have a "creative mind"
about how to MARKET your own home business you can be successful. ONLY
do what you believe in. DONT SELL things that you personally wouldn't
buy for a price you wouldn't pay............you will not be successful.
For example: DONT SELL GOBBLE DE GOOK make up just because you can and WEAR
REVLON cuz you know you can get CHEAP OR FREE after rebate. :) DAYCARE
is a GREAT way for people to make extra money. I have done this on and
off for years..........you can do daycare thru your local Social Service
Agency and be certified easily (provided you have no criminal history) and
this also allows you to sign up for many other "perks" I can tell
you about if you are interested. Otherwise, all of this information will
be in my book! :)
CAN YOU FIND ME A DEAL ON XXXX?
OH how I love to find
deals for you guys, only problem is that I usually cannot find a specific item
with a click of the fingers at the VERY BEST DEAL. I did without
curtains for 10 years in my living room (i know this is a little long to
wait-but a great example) of how PATIENCE PAYS OFF. My philosophy is this, If
it is not an EMERGENCY I wait to buy at the best price because it will come
along. I NEVER buy something just because I can afford it......I wait until I
find the price I want and the QUALITY I want too. My husband gets very
frustrated w/ this theory, but it works. Example: He wanted to buy me a
new stove, SEARS ya know the modern convenience new stove/oven. I dont
want just "any" stove and the one I have works fine, its just old
and you have to straighten the grates every time you cook. I want a
stainless steel professional stove. I want it at the price you pay for
the "everyday" stove. I found THE DEAL once but at that time
we could not afford even the deal. So I wait. I would rather wait
and get WHAT I WANT at the PRICE I WANT instead. A more recent
example is the LUGGAGE I want. There are "certain features" I want
and a Price I want. Like Tommi said, "you will get buyers
remorse" if you buy what you don't want. AND SHE IS RIGHT! So I do w/
what I have until the DEAL comes along. NOW sometimes I get very lucky
and someone says, "can you find me a deal on XXX and low and behold
within the next few days I find it! WOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO that is LUCKY!
So if you asked for a deal and I have not given it to ya..........it is not
because I "ignored" the request- it is because I haven't found
"THE DEAL" NEW

once you start to enter
contests and get freebies LOTS of spam mail is inevitable. SORRY..........the
freebies and prizes come with this cost........DELETE all of the messages that
come from all of the people you don't know. ONE WORD OF CAUTION ...........dont
delete your WINNING NOTICES from contests. I have my mail filtered so
that certain WORDS like CONGRATULATIONS or "YOU ARE OUR WINNER" and
every combination I can think of go into a specific folder. DO NOT FALL
FOR the words "YOU HAVE BEEN CHOSEN TO RECIEVE" that is usually you
have been SPAMMED!!!!!!!!! Every day I get notices that I have won something
and all I have to do is send $$, jump thru a million hoops and give them my
child, or pay S&H.........DELETE THEM ............if they are only asking
for information or affidavit feel free to forward to me and I will CHECK IT
OUT for you and lyk what I think..............most of the time THOSE are
legit.

A: I have gotten plenty of cash from surveys and even more from focus groups
that you occasionally get asked to do because of filling them out. I
have won a few small prizes from filling out surveys and I have also been
able to test products for free! ABSOLUTELY do them..........I list the
legit. ones that I do on the site.........
