Coupons and Helpful Hints to Maximize Your Grocery Savings !
I absolutely LOVE coupons but I prefer to get them free
here is how.............
Get the SUNDAY PAPER (with coupons of course)
subscribe if you can and have delivered bright and early..........
if you don't subscribe.....ask your neighbors, family and/or friends for
theirs! if you can't do that.......go to the grocery store SUNDAY NIGHT or MONDAY
a.m. and ask your cashier friends if you can have the coupons from a paper they are
sending back. (see #2) CUT ALL OF THE COUPONS and share what you don't use
MAKE FRIENDS : CASHIERS at your GROCERY STORE........ friends that
collect coupons........ join coupon trading groups (may have some local in your area?), neighbors that throw away their SS
THIS IS SO IMPORTANT ..........many people just "don't have time" to do
coupons........or "just don't have the skills"
so get them instead of them going into the trash can...........

We have a MAGAZINE board at our
FORUM where you will find links to many Free Magazines/Subscriptions & also
Deals on Subscriptions.
THIS IS AN INVALUABLE RESOURCE for great coupons........go thru your
magazines and clip clip clip
go thru magazines at your library or dr. office if they let you .........get
the coupons that would otherwise end up in the trash..........
BABY
magazines are GREAT resources for FREE FORMULA.........if you don't know
anyone with a baby, donate to WOMENS' SHELTERS OR WILDLIFE ORGANIZATIONS to
make someone smile and get a TAX deduction FREE!

over 100 magazines to chose at $4.69 a subscription for 1
year!................the coupons will far outweigh that cost not to mention
the magazine!

by products

Special Displays: cardboard stands promoting products
bins that people discard the coupons they don't want
The Recycle Bin: if you take a look you will see many discarded coupons here
JUNK MAIL? THERE IS NONE...........sign up for
all the advertisements
you can you will get on lists that send you free products and coupons
regularly.........just throw the rest away.........in addition to coupons
you will get address labels, greeting cards etc........etc............all
free
Valued Customer Programs: kroger, food lion, CVS,
ukrops etc........all
have them USE THEM they are free and save ya lots of dollars ARTICLE ON

THESE ARE THE BEST............fill out your name on coupons that allow you too.......you may win a contest or qualify for free products.........don't
bank on it.........but be surprised when you do............
send in for REBATES after using a coupon on product to maximize your savings
look for the FREE AFTER REBATE deals.............use coupons to purchase and
you have covered the cost of your stamp usually! :)

WAREHOUSE BUYING: Buying in bulk is NOT always the best deal...........compare..........don't assume.........my NAME BRAND PRODUCTS INDIVIDUALLY are often cheaper than GENERIC in bulk..........after coupons and rebates SHOP SMART

Hi! As someone who is stationed overseas, and just discovered this excellent forum, I would love to receive expired coupons from anyone willing to send them. I really depend on the internet and deals since we are now in a country with a hideous exchange rate and debt from the cost of moving here. Thanks in advance for anyone who sends me coupons! I will share any I don't use in the coupon area of the commissary so they don't go to waste!
